I spent years trying to hold it all together before burnout finally forced me to stop, quit my career in teaching and listen to my brain and energy.

After quitting my career, I went overseas on a Yoga Teacher Training which lead to my ADHD diagnosis in my early 30s.

Now I help high-functioning women with ADHD build a life that actually works for their brain, with less overwhelm, more calm, and the confidence to finally advocate for themselves.

Do I have to be diagnosed to join?

No. You know yourself best and your challenges are valid.

I know the waitlists are huge and it's an expensive process. Joining Calm the ADHD Storm Community will relieve some of the mental load by helping you to to build awareness around your ADHD & needs.

How do the group ADHD coaching & education calls work?

Each month we email everyone a short form where you can leave questions for our coaching call.


You can include any current challenges, where you’re feeling stuck, what you want support with and this will form our calls.

The coaching calls then blend education & coaching.

Some areas we focus on are:
- Habits & Routines
- Motivation
- Task initiation
- Finding your purpose after an ADHD diagnosis
- Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria
- Managing your energy & menstrual cycle
- Strategies to feeling more calm & grounded
- Organising your projects & To Do list

When are our monthly coaching & education calls?

The calls vary between a Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday at 12:00pm AEDT Melb/Syd time. You will always have notice ahead of time of the calls coming up over the next 2-3 months. If you can’t make a call live, there will be a replay and summary notes uploaded to our learning portal.

What if I can't make a coaching call?

There is a learning portal where call replays & summary notes are uploaded to. You can watch the calls in your own time.

What if I can't keep up with everything involved?

There is nothing to ‘keep up with’. It’s an affordable monthly membership that allows you to come and go as you need. It's designed by an ADHDer, for ADHDers. So it's not a 'course' you purchase and forget about.


We are all about prioritising your energy & capacity. If you only have capacity for the coaching calls then prioritise that.

If you’re feeling like you just need support from the private community of other late diagnosed women, prioritise that.

If you’re having a busy period of life & work, there is always replays to watch in your own time.

It’s not another $1000 + course where you buy it and do 3 online modules, then forget it existed!

This community is all about accountability and actually implementing new ADHD friendly habits and strategies. There’s no such thing as falling off the wagon here.
